Dear Students and Parents,
It's that time of year again!! First, I want to say welcome to the incoming 5th grade students. I'm very excited to be your teacher and am looking forward to having a wonderful year with you. As you get prepared for the school year there are a couple of things coming up that I would like you to be aware of.
1. Be ready to learn. 5th grade is a wonderful school year with a lot of fun things (promotion ceremony, 5th grade field trip, JA Biztown, Camp Seymour, etc.); however, you will work extremely hard this year to get to these points.
2. Be flexible. No matter how much we plan, things sometimes change.
3. Have fun. Remember school and learning is supposed to be fun. While this is not always the case it should be something that we all strive for.
I look forward to meeting you all at Arlington's, "Meet the Teacher" night on Tuesday, September 8th from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Until then stay safe and have fun,
