not completed during provided class time - MOST work is completed
in class, especially if you use your time wisely. If you don't
receive your corrected work back when everyone else does, then this
is a reminder to turn it in! Missing/late work is due within one
week of assignment.This applies to all of the following

Bring your AR silent reading book to class
everyday!

Students
are encouraged to read on a nightly basis. Students should always
be reading an AR book and take their quizzes in the school
library. Reading class visits the
library at least twice a month. During these times students may
also take AR quizzes.
DON'T FORGET- READ-AT-HOME
LOGS ARE DUE ON MONDAYS!
Dec. AR book report and quiz is due Thursday Dec.
17th.

Social Studies
Each student has received a copy of the new social studies
textbook “History of the World Grade 6.” Books
were checked out through the library system and are the
responsibility of the student for the entire school year.
2nd quarter begins November
9th. Gradebook for 1st quarter is now closed. 1st and 2nd
quarter grades are averaged together for the final semester
grade.
Missing/late work is due within 1 week
of being assigned!
