Upcoming events:

May 30:  I have a meeting and will miss school.  Prepare your child to behave his/ her best.

May 31: This day is a big day for the PTA jogathon.  Get your people to sponsor you.  At 2:30 P.M., we have our Terrific Kids and ASccelerated Reader Awards Assembly.

June 7: Field Day!  Also, we are having our school barbecue.  In the evening, we are having our carnival.  We hope for sun.

June 13:  The Tacoma Public Library presents to our class at 9:15 A.M.  We learn about the summer library program.

June 14:  Last day of school. Dismissal is at 12:15 P.M.  Kids come home with report cards if all fines are paid.

We start school on September 4, 2013.  There will be an Open House scheduled soon after.

We fourth grade teachers will convene a meeting to discuss our field trips either late in September or early in October.  At this point, no field trip is scheduled. 

This year, there are no partnership conferences scheduled for October.  I find these conferences to be valuable, and if you agree, I invite you to ask for one.  Our first cconferences are otherwise scheduled for November 30-December 2, 2013.

There is no school on Monday, September 2 or Tuesday September 3, Monday, November 11, 2013, and the Thanksgiving holiday (November 27-December 1).
