PRACTICE
On Monday, 12/6/10, we will derive the formula for perimeter and area of a right triangle using a rectangle.
Standards:
- 5.3B Identify, sketch, and measure acute, right, and obtuse angles.
- 5.3C Identify, describe, and classify triangles by angle measure and number of congruent sides.
- 5.3D etermine the formula for the area of a parallelogram by relating it to the area of a rectangle.
